We want every homeowner who reaches Complexrefuse Pest Control to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, products, work, and customer service. If you are unhappy with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record, much as you would with any contractor.
Still, tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Complexrefuse Pest Control cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
If your worry is about how a pesticide was applied, you may also contact the agency that regulates pest control in Pennsylvania.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau.
